Mackerel Fresh pasta salad and marinated
We are in full season of mackerel, I take to leave this dish with marinade.

Ingredients: mackerels
-4 (sliced) -1
cup olive oil
-150 ml wine vinegar
-150 ml of water -1 teaspoon peppercorns
-1 -1 large onion leeks carrots
-6 -2 garlic cloves bay leaf -1
-a pinch of thyme, salt
Prepared
we ask the fishmonger clean and cut up the mackerel, remove the small bones with tweezers. Cut all vegetables into strips. Fry them in oil, and before they take color add the garlic, pepper, thyme, bay leaf and salt. Stir in vinegar and water. Boil for 20 minutes and introduce mackerel. Once you start boiling again, turn off heat and set aside covered for about 10 minutes. I usually do from one day to another and take it cold.
