These muffins have been my downfall this summer, with a piece of ice cut ummm ... delicious!
Ingredients:
500 g bread flour 250 g of milk
50 g butter 60 g sugar 30 g
yeast
1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons orange blossom water 1 egg to paint
Preparation:
We all ingredients except flour and yeast in the cup, we schedule 1 minute, 2 speed, temperature 37 º C. When the time add the yeast and flour, and reschedule for 20 seconds at speed 6, then 3 minutes at speed spike. Let rest 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into parts of 100 g (leave about 10 or 11 pieces), form a ball with them, place on baking sheet far apart to prevent sticking to each other as they raise a lot. Let rest until they have doubled in volume, about 30 minutes.
Paint with beaten egg and cast sugar on top.
