What Can I Do With Elk Round?




the desserts we spoon to a plate of a lifetime, also done in a jiffy.

Ingredients: (4 people)

-1 kg. Hake slices chopped potatoes

-4 -4 -1
eggs chopped onion grated tomatoes

-2 -2 -4
tablespoons minced garlic olive oil ¼ -1
fish stock (I with spina and head of the hake)
- few strands
coloring or saffron - salt and pepper

Preparation:

in a pan Fry the onion and garlic, we added the tomato, we have it over low heat until reduced water the tomatoes, we take stock, let simmer soft about 15 minutes, add the potatoes, let it boil 30 minutes and hake pre-seasoned cast, we drop the eggs and boiled eggs until jelled.
