This recipe I have copied the blog Mariatem Canyada recipes I recommend, I have tried many recipes brownies and I definitely stick with it, for me it's the best. Because of the impatience, stripping hot and broke a bit lol ... Thanks
mariatem. Pego
this recipe which has it in his blog.
Ingredients:
- 575 g. free chocolate milk (250 g Nestlé desserts)
- 225 g. butter (112 g)
- 3 eggs (2)
- 225 g. sugar (112 g)
- 2 tablespoons of freshly brewed coffee (1 teaspoon of Nescafé)
- 75 g. self-rising flour (37 g.)
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt (a pinch of salt)
- 175 g. walnuts, chopped (90 g.)
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of extract vanilla (did not)
Preparation:
Grease and line a mold under 27 x 19. Break into large pieces, three of the ten bars that have the chocolate bar (75 grams) and set aside. Melt in a water bath
the remaining chocolate with the butter, let cool slightly. In a bowl beat eggs, sugar and coffee and, while stirring, add the melted chocolate.
Sift flour and salt over the mixture, then add the nuts, vanilla and chocolate chips that had been set aside, mix well with a spatula.
Pour the batter into the pan and even the surface. Bake at 180 º C for 40 minutes until begins to be firm to the touch in the middle.
Watch the cooking time, if not overcooked brownies have their characteristic texture.
